Monthly Package FAQ’s
You will notice very little change in the annual fee that you currently pay for the existing services we provide. With the addition of the “Unlimited Adhoc Advice” service offering, the total annual package fee will increase slightly.
Clients will have the certainty of knowing the services that will be provided and what they will be charged. By paying by the month, clients can smooth out cashflow and never again receive an invoice from us that they were not expecting.
With fixed fees, we are able to better understand the work that is coming up and efficiently schedule it to assist our clients. Also, with clients paying for the adhoc advice, it no longer becomes something that has no internal value so we are able to focus on that as a service, provide it with the required resources and provide the best service to our clients.
Of course not. Should your business circumstances change (expansion, simplification, etc) we can alter the package and the changes can be in effect from the next monthly payment. Should you need to stop our services, we can simply reconcile the services we have already provided against the payments you have made and invoice or refund the difference.
Where the advice given is via a phone call or email and isn’t part of a larger project based piece of work, then yes.
ATO correspondence, tax questions about investments, deductibility, “I heard this at a BBQ…?”, client calls just to chat about the business. Sometimes you have a question and sometimes you just want us to look at the current financials and have a general chat about how you are going.
